Most of our 23 alpacas are rescues; most are former champions. They are beautiful, intelligent animals with a sweet disposition – and incredible fiber (see our “What Makes Alpaca Fiber so Special?” page https://urlakisfamilyfarm.com/what-makes-alpaca-fiber-so-special/). We sell fiber from their annual shearing in addition to a variety of alpaca products, including dryer balls, yarn, bags of 2nds and 3rds, suet feeders stuffed with fiber for bird’s nests, as well as skirted raw prime fiber from recent shearings. Our products are available via our Urlakis Family Farmstand & Shop. We also sell them at the Richfield Farmer’s Market from late May through Oct.
